(1) No person shall fish in a river or pond within the park without obtaining a permit in the format as per Schedule-3 from the custodian for the fee payable as per Schedule-2.

(2) ) It is not allowed to fish in the river or pond within the religious area.

(3) According to this rule, a person who wants to fish with a permit should not use any other equipment except fishing rod.

(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (3), fishing shall not be allowed from Chaitra 1 to Ashwin Masanta.
